Brickwork
WCG brickwork students have been successful in both regional and national Skillbuild competitions, coming away with top awards.
Brickwork courses are run at Rugby College and Moreton Morrell College. Both sites offer new, modern and well equipped workshops where a wide range of brickwork skills are taught.
In the workshops, students construct models including walls, pillars, chimneys and arches, all of which are necessary for someone who wants to become a qualified bricklayer.
Equipped with projectors, computers and white boards, tutors deliver high quality theory lessons up to Diploma Level 3 to complement the practical learning.
Our brickwork tutors are all qualified teachers from a site background, with many years experience using both traditional and modern construction methods.
Warwickshire College Group students are consistently recognised in the Guild of Bricklayers West Midlands Regional awards, and in the national Skillbuild competitions, scooping winner and runner-up awards year after year.
