Philippa is Customer Service Director for East Midlands Railway having previously held a similar role at Avanti West Coast.

Prior to joining Avanti, Philippa worked as a consultant undertaking a number of strategic development roles for clients such as First Group plc, Thomson Holidays (Tui), Intercontinental Hotels and Weight Watchers UK. From 2001-2010 she was Customer Proposition Director and Training Director with Virgin Trains and previous roles in retail.
